The Donlin-Asp lab has a keen interest in teaching and mentoring the next generation of young scientists on their way to become independent scientists. As part of this, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment for historically underrepresented groups in STEM. Only through sustained efforts in promoting diversity and inclusion can we truly excel in academic science, through taping into and fostering greater pool of talent.
